Multipath effect suppression method based on ADMM in SAR imaging
Aimed to solve the problem of target virtual images caused by multipath effect occurrence in SAR imaging, this paper proposes a multipath effect suppression method based on alternating direction method of multi-pliers(ADMM).Firstly,the multipath echo signal model of SAR imaging under multipath conditions is derived, and the reasons why target virtual images appear in SAR images due to multipath effects are theoretically ana-lyzed.Then,a multipath echo observation model based on compressed sensing(CS)theory is established, and the multipath suppression issue is transformed into sparse reconstruction of the imaging area. Finally,ADMM is used to solve the true scattering coefficient of the target area at each position under sparse prior constraints,so as to re-construct the SAR image of the observation scene without multipath interference.Simulation results show that, compared with the traditional Range-Doppler(RD)imaging algorithm and the multipath effect suppression meth-od based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm, the proposed method obtains smaller range-oriented and azimuth-oriented sidelobe, which can effectively suppress the target virtual images caused by multipath ef-fects in SAR images.
