为解决传统实装训练中实装资源匮乏、耗损大、训练效率低等问题,根据组件化装备虚拟维修训练系统的需求,从功能和组件化上设计了一种装备虚拟维修训练系统;对该系统的三维建模、维修过程仿真和智能评估等关键技术进行了研究.该系统的设计可为虚拟维修训练提供参考.
Design and research of componentized equipment virtual maintenance training system
In order to solve the problems such as lack of practical resources,high wear and tear,low training efficiency,etc.in the traditional hands-on training of actual equipment,this paper accords to the requirements of the componentized equipment virtual maintenance training system to design an equipment virtual maintenance training system from the aspects of function and componentization,and then makes studies on the key technolo-gies of the system such as 3D modeling,maintenance process simulation and intelligent evaluation.The design of this system can provide reference for virtual maintenance training.
