电子对抗综合演练课程"五阶一体"教学法

基于"主导-主体"教学理论,分析了电子对抗综合演练课程教学现状;针对课程四个阶段教学存在的问题,提出了"五个阶段一体化贯通(即五阶一体)"教学法.该教学法将教学划分为"想定设计、方案拟制、内场预演、外场演练、总结评估"五个阶段,注重全流程一体化贯通,以解决现存问题.教学效果表明,与"四阶"教学法相比,"五阶一体"教学法的学员成绩、参与度和满意度均有所提升,教员认可度高,教学效益良好.
Five-Stage-in-One teaching method in the Electronic Countermeasure Comprehensive Drill course
Based on the Dominance-Subject teaching theory,this paper analyzes the current teaching situation of the Electronic Countermeasure Comprehensive Drill course,and then aims at the problems existing in the four stages of course teaching to propose the"five-stage integrated penetration"(i.e.,Five-Stage-in-One)teaching method.This teaching method is used to divide teaching process into five stages:scenario design,scheme formula-tion,indoor rehearsal,outdoor drills and summative evaluation,focusing on the integrated penetration of the whole process to solve the existing problems.The teaching effect shows that,compared with the Four-Stage teach-ing method,the Five-Stage-in-One teaching approach has improved students'performance,participation and satis-faction degree,and is also highly recognized by instructors,producing good teaching benefits.
