Considerations about the Cultivation of Public Library 's Librarians in Ethnic Minority Areas——Taking Xinjiang Area as an Example
The key of library's sustainable development is librarians' sustainable development. In the face of some problems of the librarians in ethnic minority areas such as the lower role definition, poorer professional skills, insufficient learning consciousness, and serious brain drain, etc., and taking Xinjiang area as an example, this paper analyzes the talent cultivation mode currently adopted by the public library, and probes into the methods and paths for improving librarians' quality.
