The Efficiency of Library's Reading Promotion Services in the New Era:Connotation,Dimensions and Evaluation System
On the basis of analyzing the goals of library's reading promotion services in the new era,this paper probes into the new era connotation of library's reading promotion service efficiency,establishes a theoretical framework for read-ing promotion service efficiency,and constructs an evaluation system for reading promotion service efficiency,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the high-quality development of library's reading promotion services.The research results indicate that the efficiency of library's reading promotion services in the new era has four outstanding characteristics of goal-oriented,dimensional individualization,limited scope,and combination of qualitative and quanti-tative aspects,including four efficacy dimensions of outcome efficacy,process efficacy,reader's self-efficacy and social efficacy.The efficiency evaluation system for library's reading promotion services driven by goals includes 4 first level in-dicators,11 second level indicators,and 37 third level indicators,which has a certain degree of scientificity and com-pleteness.
