Multidimensional Analysis and Evaluation of the Sharing Value of Scientific Data
In the era of big data,the sharing value of scientific data presents the characteristics of multi-dimensional.Further mining the main value of scientific data sharing is a key step to promote scientific and technological innovation un-der the data-intensive paradigm,and thus providing an important reference for future domestic research in this field.Based on bibliometrics and content analysis,this paper introduces the research literature on the sharing value of scientific data at home and abroad,comprehensively sorts out and evaluates the research content,analyzes and summarizes the value category of scientific data sharing,and puts forward six potential values of scientific data sharing,namely political value,economic value,scientific value,technical value,discipline value and social value,and briefly expounds and evaluates these values,constructs the corresponding value evaluation mechanism,so as to realize the maximum application of scien-tific data sharing value.
