山西省发展绿色金融对产业结构升级的影响研究

摘要
收集2010-2021年山西省绿色金融和产业结构升级的相关数据,将产业结构升级作为被解释变量,绿色金融指数作为核心解释变量,建立时间序列多元回归模型进行实证分析,结果表明绿色金融指数对产业结构升级有显著的正向影响,说明绿色金融的发展能够促进产业结构升级.针对山西省绿色金融促进产业结构升级提出了相应的建议,即通过扩大绿色信贷的精准投放、健全绿色债券市场机制、加快发展绿色保险和构建碳金融体系等方式促进产业结构升级.
Abstract
This paper collects the relevant data of green finance and industrial structure upgrading in Shanxi Province from 2010 to 2021,takes industrial structure upgrading as the explanatory variable and green finance index as the core ex-planatory variable,and establishes a time series multiple regression model for empirical analysis.The results indicate that the green finance index has a significant positive impact on industrial structure upgrading,indicating that the development of green finance can promote industrial structure upgrading.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the promotion of industrial structure upgrading by green finance in Shanxi Province,such as expanding the precise delivery of green cred-it,improving the market mechanism of green bonds,accelerating the development of green insurance and building a car-bon financial system.
