Research on User Experience Evaluation of Public Charity Crowdfunding Platform Based on the Theory of Perceptive Affordances
Evaluating the user experience of public charity crowdfunding platforms can help promote iterative design and development of the platform.Based on the theory of perceived affordances, this paper constructs a user experience evaluation framework for public charity crowdfunding platforms, and then uses a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Pro-cess(AHP)and entropy weight method to obtain the weights of corresponding evaluation indicators, and analyzes and dis-cusses the evaluation data of the university foundation's public charity crowdfunding platform.According to the evaluation index system, domestic public charity crowdfunding platforms have their own strengths and weaknesses, and the overall level of user experience is relatively satisfactory. This paper proposes suggestions for improvement and design iteration in areas such as perceptual physical indication, perceptual emotional indication, perceptual cognitive indication, and per-ceptual participation indication.
