我国智库生态系统研究现状、问题及展望

摘要
借助文献调研和类比分析的方法,详细梳理了从智库到智库生态系统的发展历程,明确了智库生态系统的基本内涵和特征,并对系统的组成要素进行了解构分析;总结了我国智库生态系统在理论基础、结构模型和运行机制3个方面的主要进展,分析出当前我国智库生态系统研究总体处于初步发展阶段,目前存在尚未形成体系化的研究理论和方法、研究内容相对粗浅和单一、理论模型构建多而实证研究少等问题;最后提出了未来智库生态系统研究的着力点,将主要围绕探索智库生态系统相关研究在我国率先出现和发展的原因、对智库生态系统深入解构剖析和强化新实证解决具体问题等方面展开.
Abstract
With the help of literature research and analogy analysis,this paper sorts out the development process from think tanks to think tank ecosystems in detail,clarifies the basic connotation and characteristics of think tank ecosystems,and deconstructs and analyzes the components of the system;and summarizes the main progress of China's think tank eco-system in three aspects of theoretical basis,structural model and operation mechanism,and analyzes that the current re-search on China's think tank ecosystem is generally in the initial stage of development,and there are some problems such as the lack of systematic research theories and methods,the relatively shallow and single research content,and the con-struction of many theoretical models and few empirical studies;finally,proposes the focus of future research on think tank ecosystem,which will focus on exploring the reasons for the emergence and development of think tank ecosystem related research in China,in-depth deconstruction and analysis of think tank ecosystem,and strengthening new empirical evi-dence to solve specific problems.
