Research on Librarians'Digital Literacy Education Strategies Based on 5W Model
This paper reviews the research and practice status of digital literacy education for librarians in China,and aiming at the deficiencies existing in educational practice,puts forward the optimization strategies for librarians'digital literacy education from five aspects of subject,content,model,object and effect,that include strengthening the cross-boundary coordination and cooperation among multiple subjects,enhancing the value of digital literacy education content for librarians,and applying a combination of online and offline digital literacy education models for librarians,designing a digital literacy education plan that meets the needs of librarians,and constructing a full process evaluation system for the effectiveness of digital literacy education for librarians.
