Research on Multi-dimensional Information Service Mode of University Library Based on User Information Behaviors
Exploring the influence of user information behaviors on multi-dimensional information service of universi-ty library can reveal the functional relationship between users and university library.Taking university readers as the re-search objects,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on their satisfaction with the library services,and analyzes the main problems existing in the information services of university libraries,including unreasonable information resource construction structure,simple information service contents,lower development level of information service platform and lower intelligence level of information service staffs;and on this basis,from the user discovery behaviors,collection be-haviors,creation behaviors and sharing behaviors,constructs a multi-dimensional information service model regarding us-ers as the main bodies and taking the personnel,resource,equipment and technology as the primary guarantee and the fund,system and management as the dual guarantee,so as to further strengthen the relationship between the library and readers.
