数智时代图书馆智慧知识服务:现状、机遇及其策略

摘要
以数智化技术为驱动,从图书馆知识服务模式、关键技术和平台构建3个方面探讨了图书馆知识服务的研究现状,力图寻求图书馆知识服务智慧化发展机遇和应用前景;在此基础上,从人、设备、资源、服务和平台构建方面提出应对策略,从而进一步优化图书馆知识服务的实施路径,推动构建全新格局的图书馆智慧知识服务体系.
Abstract
This paper analyses the current research status of library knowledge services from three aspects:library knowledge service models,key technologies,and platform construction.It strives to seek opportunities and application prospects for the intelligent development of library knowledge services,and proposes corresponding strategies from the as-pects of personnel,equipment,resources,services,and platform construction,in order to further optimize the implemen-tation path of library knowledge services and promote the construction of a new pattern of library intelligent knowledge ser-vice system.
