Research on the Influencing Factors of Graduate Students'Knowledge Hoarding Behavior from the Perspective of MOA
In order to effectively inhibit knowledge hoarding and promote knowledge dissemination and creation in ed-ucational organizations,this paper constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of graduate students'knowledge hoarding behavior based on MOA theory,and uses linear regression analysis to verify the model research hypothesis.The study found that self-worth promotion motivation,knowledge demand motivation,organizational hoarding atmosphere,perceived cost and knowledge level positively affect graduate students'knowledge hoarding behavior,interpersonal trust and self-efficacy negatively affect graduate students'knowledge hoarding behavior,and scientific research pressure has no significant impact on graduate students'knowledge hoarding behavior.Among them,the self-efficacy of graduate stu-dents has the strongest inhibitory effect on the knowledge hoarding behavior of graduate students,and the self-worth pro-motion motivation of graduate students has the strongest promoting effect on the knowledge hoarding behavior of graduate students.
