摘要
科技报告编写规则是规范科技报告质量管理的核心标准之一.为了加强江苏省科技报告质量管理,推进地方科技报告资源建设,江苏省在《科技报告编写规则》(GB/T 7713.3-2014)国家标准的基础上,率先启动江苏省《科技报告编写规范》编制.介绍了江苏省《科技报告编写规范》编制原因、过程、原则,并对地方标准格式规范和内容规范进行了详细阐述,以期为科技报告撰写提供科学化、规范化、标准化的技术指导.
Abstract
Rules for writing scientific and technological reports is one of the core standards to standardize the quality management of S&T report.In order to strengthen the quality anagement of S&T report in Jiangsu Province and promote the construction of local S&T report resources,Jiangsu Province takes the lead in compiling the local standard of Specifica-tion for Writing S&T Report based on the national standard of Presentation of S&T Reports(GB/T 7713.3-2014).This pa-per introduces the reasons,processes and principles for the compilation of Jiangsu Province local standard of Specification for Writing S&T Report,and expounds the format and content of local standards in detail,in order to provide scientific,standardized and specific technical guidance for the writing of S&T report.
