专利视角下氮化镓产业链发展态势分析

摘要
氮化镓材料的研究与应用是目前全球半导体行业研究的热点.基于incoPat专利数据库,从申请趋势、技术分布、主要申请人和地域分布多个维度,对氮化镓全产业链进行专利分析,厘清全球、我国及国内省市氮化镓产业链创新主体概况以及技术现状和发展趋势,以期为我国氮化镓产业创新发展提供参考.
Abstract
The research and application of gallium nitride(GaN)materials is a hotspot in the global semiconductor in-dustry.Based on the incoPat patent database,from the dimensions of application trend,technology distribution,main ap-plicants and geographical distribution,through the patent analysis of the whole GaN industrial chain,this paper clarifies the general situation of innovation subjects,technology status and development trend of GaN industry chain in the world,China and domestic provinces and cities,in order to provide reference for the innovation and development of GaN industry in China.
