欧洲高校图书馆开放教科书的实践探索和经验启示

开放教科书运动兴起于北美,其根源在于商业教科书价格昂贵.开放教科书传入欧洲后,欧洲高校图书馆成为开放教科书的主导者,欧洲高校图书馆在开放教科书领域探索出一条不同于北美的发展模式,而且积累了丰富的实践经验.在探究开放教科书优势的基础上,基于高校图书馆和开放教科书的关联,探索了欧洲高校图书馆参与开放教科书的经验启示,即强化对开放教科书的宣传和评估、搭建开放教科书平台、从政策上保障开放教科书、改革图书馆的管理和服务、强化版权指导.这些经验将为国内高校图书馆实施开放教科书提供借鉴.
Practice Exploration and Experience Enlightenment of Open Textbooks in European University Libraries
The open textbook movement arose in North America because of the high price of business textbooks.After the introduction of open textbooks into Europe,European university libraries became the leader of open textbooks,and European university libraries explored a development model different from North America in the field of open textbooks,and accumulated rich practical experience.On the basis of exploring the advantages of open textbooks,and based on the association between university libraries and open textbooks,this paper explores the experiences and enlightenments of Eu-ropean university libraries participating in open textbooks,namely,strengthening the publicity and evaluation of open textbooks,building open textbook platforms,ensuring open textbooks from the policy,reforming library management and service,and strengthening copyright guidance.These experiences will provide reference for the implementation of open textbooks in Chinese university libraries.
