摘要
阐述了信息行为研究背景下信息指引概念产生的必要性;通过分析信息指引在缓解实际研究与运用中术语运用混淆、不规范等情况的作用,适时提出了既能够突出信息行为主体,又兼顾整个信息行为系统的信息指引概念,并指出信息指引具有资源收集的针对性与全面性、指引过程的自然性、成本的可控性、受众行为反应的指向性等特点;最后对信息指引的应用领域与方法进行了拓展.
Abstract
This paper elaborates on the necessity of the generation of the concept of information guidance in the con-text of information behavior research.By analyzing the role of information guidance in alleviating the confusion and irregu-lar use of terms in practical research and application,it puts forward timely the concept of information guidance that can not only highlight the subject of information behavior but also take into account the whole information behavior system,and points out that information guidance has the characteristics of pertinence and comprehensiveness of resource collection,naturalness of guidance process,controllability of cost and directivity of audience behavior response.Finally,this paper expands the application fields and methods of information guidance.
