专利作为知识产权的一项重要内容,是衡量高校科技创新能力的重要指标.为深入了解气象行业特色高校科技创新能力,基于专利情报分析视角,利用incoPat专利检索分析平台,从专利申请数量、技术分布、合作申请、主要发明人、法律状态、维持年限、转移转化及发明专利授权比例等方面对南京信息工程大学2004-2023年申请的专利进行详细分析,深入了解南京信息工程大学专利发展现状及科技创新能力,从专利情报视角提出气象行业特色高校推进专利高质量发展、提升科技创新能力的建议,以期为我国气象行业特色高校今后制定知识产权战略助力科技创新发展提供决策参考和借鉴.
Research on Scientific and Technological Innovation Countermeasures of Universities with Meteorological Industry Characteristics Based on Patent Information:Taking Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology as an Example
As an important content of intellectual property,patent is an important index to measure the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities.In order to gain a better understanding of the scientific and technological in-novation capabilities of universities with the meteorological industry characteristics,this paper,based on the perspective of patent information analysis,uses the incoPat patent retrieval and analysis platform to conduct a detailed analysis of the patents applied for by Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology from 2004 to 2023,including the number of patent applications,technology distribution,cooperation applications,main inventors,legal status,maintenance peri-od,transfer and transformation,and proportion of invention patent authorization.It deeply understands the current status of patent development and scientific and technological innovation capabilities of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology,and puts forword suggestions for promoting high-quality patent development and enhancing scientific and technological innovation capabilities of universities with meteorological industry characteristics from the perspective of patent intelligence,in order to provide decision-making reference and reference for China's universities with meteorologi-cal industry characteristics to formulate intellectual property strategies to support scientific and technological innovation development in the future.
