Research on the Governance Mechanism Model of Government Master Data Based on Blockchain Pattern
This paper elaborates on the importance of government master data in the business collaboration and shar-ing needs between different departments and systems of the government,analyzes the issues of ensuring the consistency and security of government master data at each node in the big data network,and proposes a blockchain based governance mechanism for government master data.By using information planning research methods,this paper analyzes three classic data governance models and proposes a new governance mechanism aimed at addressing the issues of lack of consistency in government master data and threats to privacy and security during data utilization.This mechanism utilizes the value of blockchain technology to embed blockchain thinking into the governance structure of government master data,empower-ing the entire process of government master data consistency governance,thereby improving data quality and professional-ism in business processing,achieving maximum value of government master data.
