Research on the Transformation and Development Path of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
With the change of times and progress of our society,small and medium-sized enterprises,as an important part of our country's economic development,are now facing increasingly fierce competition in the market environment.In the face of a future with many uncertainties,small and medium-sized enterprises are urgently seeking suitable transforma-tion paths in order to stabilize their own positions,seek new ways out,and achieve greater development.Based on literature research,case study,and observation methods,this paper starts from the background of the transformation and develop-ment of small and medium-sized enterprises,explores the internal and external factors that cause difficulties in their trans-formation and development,and focuses on exploring the path of transformation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as specialization,innovation,digitization,traditional culture,environmental friendliness,and strate-gic innovation,and puts forward measures to ensure the transformation and development of small and medium-sized enter-prises.
