摘要
采用网络调查、电话咨询和文献调研等方法,以国内32家代表性专业图书馆为调研对象,从基本情况、管理规范与资源保障、收费标准与时间、查新业务开展情况、信息化建设、人才队伍和学术研究等方面对查新服务现状进行了全面调研,发现专业图书馆的科技查新服务存在查新制度规范不健全、服务内容浅化、信息化进程迟缓、查新队伍能力待提升等问题,提出了相关建议:强化监督管理,健全相关制度规范;立足区域或行业发展需求,拓宽查新服务内容;加快信息化发展进程,推动智能技术应用;加强人才队伍建设,全面提升业务与研究能力.
Abstract
Using the internet investigation,telephone consultation,literature research and other methods,this paper in-vestigates the present situation of sci-tech novelty search of 32 specialized libraries with obvious representativeness in Chi-na from the aspects of basic information,management specifications and information resource guarantee,charging stan-dard and time,novelty search service,informatization construction,talent team construction,and theoretical study,etc.,finding that there are some problems in sci-tech novelty search of specialized libraries such as the institutional norms are not sound,service content is shallow,the informatization process is relatively slow,and the ability of the novelty search team needs to be improved,etc.,and puts forward some relevant suggestions,which include to strengthen supervision and improve relevant institutional norms,to expand the content of novelty search services based on regional/industry de-velopment needs,to accelerate the process of information technology development and promote the application of intelli-gent technology,to strengthen the construction of talent teams and comprehensively enhance research and service capabil-ities.
