Research on the Application of AIGC in Text Mining and Knowledge Service of Smart Library
This paper expounds the application of generative AIGC and LDA subject analysis models in text mining and knowledge service of smart library,and makes innovative combination of the two for the purpose of revealing their ap-plication prospects in the smart library environment;analyzes the UGC data of readers in Dianping website of Ji'nan Li-brary,preprocesses the review data of readers in Ji'nan Library,such as text cleaning and word frequency statistics,and then carries out theme modeling on the processed data by using LDA model and identifies and analyzes the potential themes in the data,and analyzes social networks and semantic networks by using ROSTCM6 visualization software,and then feeds the potential topics and high-frequency words as corpus to the trained large language model(LLM)to provide accurate knowledge service output for readers;points out that the application scenario of the combination of AIGC and LDA subject analysis model in the knowledge service of smart library can realize the intelligent management and analysis of large-scale book resources,and the library literature information resources,user behavior data and user preference in-formation combined with data governance and other technical means,through AI large language model training can pro-vide readers with customized knowledge solutions,and provide a basis for library decision-making;and finally,discusses the application scenarios of AIGC in the construction of smart library and the challenges and future development directions in text mining through the empirical research.
