In recent years,China has actively developed the scientific communication model of"journal+preprint"through measures such as the special development plan for scientific and technological journals,the construction of a na-tional preprint paper platform.This paper analyzes that the"journal+preprint"model has many shortcomings,and Europe and America have an absolute advantage in the"journal+preprint"model;points out that using the"preprint 2.0+journal"model instead of the"journal+preprint"model is a feasible new solution for China to reduce its dependence on Europe and America,ensure scientific and technological information security,and improve scientific exchange efficiency;and puts forward several measures and suggestions for the development of the"preprint 2.0+journal"model in China.
