Taking 30 provincial sci-tech information agencies in mainland China as the objects,this paper investi-gates the data resources,service contents and service platform construction of provincial sci-tech information agencies through online surveys,telephone interviews,and conference exchanges,etc.,comprehensively analyzes the development status and existing problems of service capability of provincial sci-tech information agencies,and provides some referenc-es and suggestions for further improving service capability of provincial sci-tech information agencies.
