Research on the Evaluation Index System of Scientific Research Management in the New Era
Scientific research evaluation is an important part of scientific research management.In recent years,scien-tific research management evaluation with SCI as the core has brought many problems to our scientific research manage-ment system.The reason for the above problems is fundamentally due to the evaluation system and evaluation orientation issues,the most important of which is the problem of evaluation index.The perfect design of scientific research evaluation index system should follow some basic principles,and take quality,innovation and value as the main guiding indicators of academic achievement evaluation.This paper takes academic quality,academic innovation and academic value as the first level indicators,constructs a new evaluation index system of scientific research management,so as to achieve the compre-hensive evaluation of scientific research achievements,and puts forward the comprehensive consideration factors of evalu-ation index of scientific research management in the new era.
