科技创新智库赋能科技治理现代化的作用机理研究

摘要
扎根理论作为一种质性研究理论,具有高度的理论信度和解释力,被广泛运用于各个领域.通过扎根理论构建科技创新智库推动科技治理现代化的理论模型,对于科技创新智库的高水平可持续发展具有重要意义.采用扎根理论作为研究框架,对中国智库索引中11个科技创新智库的相关文本进行了收集和整理,并通过量化分析的方法对这些文本数据进行了处理,成功建立了科技创新智库推动科技治理现代化建设的理论模型,明确了科技创新智库在推动科技治理现代化过程中的4个关键要素并分析了它们之间的关系和影响机理,指出该研究对于深化理解科技创新智库在科技治理现代化中的作用,以及为未来的科技治理实践提供理论指导和借鉴具有重要意义.
Abstract
As a qualitative research theory,grounded theory has a high degree of theoretical reliability and explanato-ry power,and is widely used in various fields.Building a theoretical model of sci-tech innovation think tank to promote the modernization of sci-tech governance through grounded theory is of great significance for the high-level sustainable de-velopment of sci-tech innovation think tank.Adopting the grounded theory as the research framework,this paper collects and sorts out relevant text files of 11 sci-tech innovation think tanks in the Chinese Think Tank Index,processes these text data by means of quantitative analysis,and successfully establishes the theoretical model of sci-tech innovation think tank promoting the modernization of sci-tech governance,and also defines four key elements of sci-tech innovation think tank in the process of promoting the modernization of sci-tech governance and analyzes the relation among them and influ-encing mechanism,and points out that this study is of great significance to deepen our understanding of the role of sci-tech innovation think tanks in the modernization of sci-tech governance and to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the future practice of sci-tech governance.
