阐述了图情机构在开放科学各个阶段的行为表现,系统分析了开放科学对图情机构与智库及二者协同创新的影响,探讨了开放科学环境下的多类型开放科学要素,为图情机构与智库协同创新提供了更多的发展场景,并提供了合作基础、动力机制和成效保障,为实现"政产学研用"一体化搭建了平台.
Abstract
This paper expounds the behavior of library-information institutions in various stages of open science,sys-tematically analyzes the impact of open science on library-information institutions and think tanks and their collaborative innovation,and discusses the multi-type open science elements under the open science environment,which provide more development scenarios for collaborative innovation between library-information institutions and think tanks,and provide cooperation foundations,driving mechanisms and effectiveness guarantees,and build a platform for achieving the integra-tion of government,industry,academia,research and application.
