人工智能技术应用对图书馆行业产生了深远影响,也给公共图书馆员的生存带来巨大挑战.从人工智能技术对公共图书馆服务模式的变革出发,引出了人工智能技术应用对图书馆员能力提出的新要求,并就图书馆员能力提升给出了策略建议:坚持问题导向,加强行业前沿课题研究;转变工作理念,提升人工智能素养;加强交流合作,拓展工作视野.
Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence technology has had a profound impact on the library industry and poses a huge challenge to the survival of public librarians.This paper starts from the transformation of public library ser-vice models brought about by artificial intelligence technology and introduces the new requirements for librarian abilities.It also gives strategic suggestions on how to enhance librarian abilities from the following three aspects:adhere to prob-lem-oriented approach,strengthen research on cutting-edge topics in the industry;transform their work philosophy,en-hance artificial intelligence literacy;and strengthen communication and cooperation to broaden their scope of work.
