Research on the Influencing Factors of Public Open Data Reuse from the Perspective of Metadata:Taking the Public Data Open Network of Dezhou City as an Example
Public open data reuse can create new business models and products,help enterprises achieve economic benefits,promote enterprise innovation and problem solving,and improve government transparency and citizen engage-ment.This paper takes the public data open network metadata of Dezhou City as the research object,with data set update frequency,download format,label,description length,data field,and industry as independent variables,and download frequency as the dependent variable,uses multiple linear regression analysis to explore the factors affecting the reuse of public open data.The study found that time span,data items,data volume and data interface had a significant impact on the number of downloads.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as integrating historical data,introduc-ing time series and events,optimizing data items,broadening data perspectives,deepening potential value,using UGC to assist data volume,establishing unified standards,and improving data quality,providing reference opinions for improv-ing the level of public open data reuse.
