数字医疗时代老年人在线健康服务数字鸿沟及其对策研究

摘要
探讨了数字医疗时代我国老年人在线健康服务数字鸿沟问题;阐述了其数字鸿沟的概念及影响因素,包括设备接入差距、使用差距和数字健康素养差距;分析了老年人利用在线健康服务面临的困境,如数字基础不平等、数字设备及在线健康服务平台产品适老化程度不足、健康知识赋能不平等;对此提出了解决老年人在线健康服务数字鸿沟的关键策略,以促进老年人更好地融入在线健康服务领域,缓解数字鸿沟带来的问题.
Abstract
This paper discusses the digital divide of online health services for the elderly in China in the digital medi-cal era,and expounds the concept and influencing factors of the digital divide,including equipment access gap,use gap and digital health literacy gap.At the same time,it analyzes the difficulties faced by the elderly in using online health ser-vices,such as the inequality of digital foundation,the lack of aging degree of digital equipment and online health service platform products,and the inequality of health knowledge empowerment.This paper puts forward the key strategies to solve the digital divide of online health services for the elderly,so as to promote the elderly to better integrate into the field of online health services and alleviate the problems caused by the digital divide.
