水文地勘单位的档案事业作为记录与传承地质信息、支撑决策与科研的重要基石,其高质量发展显得尤为重要.分析了水文地勘单位档案管理的现状及存在的问题,包括管理模式、技术应用及人员配置等方面;针对问题提出了具体的对策建议,旨在通过创新管理模式、加强信息化建设、提升人员素质等措施,推动水文地勘单位档案事业的高质量发展.
Abstract
As an essential cornerstone for recording and transmitting geological information,as well as supporting de-cision-making and scientific research,the archives undertaking of hydrogeological and geological exploration units is of particular importance for high-quality development.This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of ar-chives management in these units,encompassing management models,technological applications,and personnel alloca-tion.In response to these issues,specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,aiming to promote the high-quality development of archives undertakings in hydrogeological and geological exploration units through innovating man-agement models,strengthening information technology construction,and improving personnel quality.
