摘要
以时代背景下科技情报工作呈现的新特征为研究对象,在建构大科技情报工作这一区别于传统科技情报工作概念的基础上,通过深入研究科技情报工作与中国式现代化相结合的底层逻辑,归纳了大科技情报工作在中国式现代化五大特征中的时代体认,实现对大科技情报工作的规律性认识;指出当下有必要构建以助推前沿科技研究为中心要义、以促进经济社会发展为基本遵循、以服务国家重大战略为根本任务、以保障人民生命健康为价值旨归的大科技情报工作;从观念引领、策略驱动、人才支撑和服务供给等方面对大科技情报工作的发展远景做出了一般性构想,以期更好地服务于中国式现代化的实践需要.
Abstract
Taking the new features of sci-tech intelligence work in the context of the era as the research objects,and on the basis of constructing the concept of big sci-tech intelligence work being different from the traditional sci-tech intel-ligence work,this paper concludes the era's recognition of big sci-tech intelligence work in the five characteristics of Chi-nese-style modernization through in-depth study of the underlying logic of combining sci-tech intelligence work with Chi-nese modernization.It points out that at present,it is necessary to build a big sci-tech intelligence work with the promo-tion of cutting-edge sci-tech research as the center,the promotion of economic and social development as the basic princi-ple,the service of major national strategies as the fundamental task,and the protection of people's lives and health as the value objective.In order to better serve the practical needs of Chinese-style modernization,this paper makes a general conception of the development prospect of big sci-tech intelligence work from the aspects of concept leading,strategy driv-ing,talent supporting and service supplying.
