摘要
科学技术的高速发展不仅推动了先进生产力的发展,同时也带来了不可避免的科技伦理风险.新时代科技伦理治理重在防范科技伦理风险,实现以人为本的健康发展,完善科技伦理治理相关法律,开展国际合作.阐述了新时代科技伦理治理的内涵及重要意义,在此基础上,从多个角度系统阐述了科技伦理治理的实施路径,为科技伦理治理体系构建提供有益参考.
Abstract
The rapid development of science and technology not only brings higher advanced productivity,but also brings inevitable technological ethical risks.In the new era,ethical governance of science and technology focuses on pre-venting ethical risks,achieving people-centered and healthy development,improving relevant laws on ethical governance of science and technology,and carrying out international cooperation.This paper elaborates on the connotation and signifi-cance of ethical governance in science and technology in the new era.Based on this,it systematically elaborates on the im-plementation path of ethical governance in science and technology from multiple perspectives,providing useful references for the construction of the ethical governance system in science and technology.
