Based on the requirements of high-quality development of libraries,this paper elaborates on the value pur-suit of releasing the productivity of library data.It systematically analyzes the practical logic of releasing library data pro-ductivity,proposing that libraries should be guided by digital concepts,coordinated governance by multiple departments,protected by institutionalized policies,and empowered by functional algorithms.Through algorithmic data governance,comprehensive data coverage,and dynamic data perception,data productivity can be fully unleashed,promote high-qual-ity development of libraries.Finally,this paper explores the alleviation of constraints in releasing library data productivi-ty,and points out that libraries still face a series of difficulties in data standardization,coordinated governance,data cir-culation,information security,and other aspects in the process of releasing data productivity,puts forward mitigation strategies:strengthening top-level design and promoting data standardization;establishing a coordination mechanism and comprehensively coordinate governance;deepening business cooperation and promoting data sharing;improving risk man-agement and strengthening information security.
