Building an Intelligent Knowledge Service Model Based on User Needs:Taking the Library of Tianjin University of Commerce as an Example
Through the questionnaire,this paper finds that the library is facing problems such as chaotic resource management and limited service promotion from the aspects of users'cognition,demand and behavioral characteristics of library knowledge services,expounds the development path of library services from discipline and intelligence to digital intelligence.By analyzing the needs of users,this paper clarifies the hierarchical promotion of knowledge services in the process of"data integration,information retrieval,knowledge acquisition,and value creation",and proposes a new mod-el of data resources and intelligent services through personalized customized services,open knowledge services,subject knowledge services,and information literacy services.
