Research on the System Framework and Application of ChatGPT Empowering Reference Consultation Service in University Library
Reference consultation service is the core service element of the user service system in university library,and the advantages of generative artificial intelligence in information resource management have brought innovative devel-opment opportunities for reference consultation service.On the basis of exploring the logical path of the reference consulta-tion service scenario of library enabled by generative artificial intelligence,this paper constructs the reference consulta-tion service system framework of university library empowered by ChatGPT,and expounds the application process of Chat-GPT in the reference consultation service of university library based on the practical scenario,and analyzes three kinds of risks in the reference consultation service of university library empowered by ChatGPT,and puts forward the artificial in-telligence promotion strategies of reference consultation service of university library,in order to provide theoretical and ap-plication reference for the innovative development of reference consultation service of university library in the era of artifi-cial intelligence.
