Research on Intellectual Property Management Mechanism and Service Model of National Demonstration Universities
Starting from the current situation of intellectual property management and service in colleges and universi-ties in China and the United States,this paper explores the development path of intellectual property institutions in China's demonstration colleges and universities.Taking the Work Plan for the Construction of National Intellectual Property Pilot Demonstration Colleges and Universities as the theoretical guidance,the paper proposes the management mechanism of the national demonstration colleges and universities of professional control,multi-departmental collaboration,and all-around quality control within the libraries'intellectual property rights centers,as well as the construction of a new mode of intel-lectual property rights information service that is based on the trinity of"quality,efficiency and protection"and the syner-gy and linkage of intellectual property rights information service.
