摘要
数据治理是企业数据资源化、资产化和资本化的基础工作.目前,数据管理能力成熟度评估模型(DCMM)、国际数据管理协会(DAMA)数据治理模型和数据治理协会(DGI)数据治理模型是企业可参考选择的3个著名的复杂系统数据治理模型.因此,企业如何选择适合企业自身特点的数据治理模型就是一个十分重要的理论和实践议题.运用系统比较分析的方法,深入分析了这3个数据治理模型的提出背景、理论视角、治理结构、治理过程和治理保障等方面,结合对比分析结果,本着降低成本、提高效益的原则,从对齐战略目标、满足业务需求、考量资源投入、适应组织结构4个维度,为企业数据治理模型的综合选择提供了参考和建议.
Abstract
Data governance is the fundamental work for enterprise data resource utilization,assetization,and capital-ization.At present,the Data Management Capability Maturity Assessment Model(DCMM),the Data Management Associ-ation International(DAMA)Data Governance Model,and the Data Governance Institute(DGI)Data Governance Model are three well-known and complex system data governance models that enterprises can refer to and choose from.There-fore,how enterprises choose data governance models that are suitable for their own characteristics is a very important theo-retical and practical issue.This paper uses the method of systematic comparative analysis to deeply analyze the back-ground,heoretical perspective,governance structure,governance process,and governance guarantee of these three data governance models,and based on the comparative analysis results and in line with the principles of reducing costs and im-proving efficiency,provides reference and suggestions for the comprehensive selection of enterprise data governance mod-els from four dimensions of aligning strategic goals,meeting business needs,considering resource investment,and adapt-ing to organizational structure.
