摘要

构建面向高校科研创新全流程的专利信息服务平台,旨在助力高校科研创新实践的发展.通过深入分析高校科研创新的全流程特性,提出了从专利资源的学科化整合、服务流程的精细化管理、技术分析的个性化定制以及产研应用的一体化融合4个方面打造专利信息服务平台的策略,构建了涵盖资源层、服务层、技术层、用户层、应用层的立体化、多功能专利信息服务平台,并强调平台未来的发展应更注重人工智能生成内容技术的引入、服务模式的创新以及知识产权人才的培养与专利知识的普及.

Abstract

The construction of patent information service platform for the full process of university scientific research and innovation is aimed to support the development of university research and innovation practices.This paper deeply ana-lyzes the full process characteristics of university scientific research and innovation,proposes strategies for constructing a patent information service platform from four aspects:discipline-based integration of patent resources,fine-grained man-agement of service processes,personalized customization of technical analysis,and integration of production and research applications,and then constructs a three-dimensional,multi-functional patent information service platform,which covers the resource layer,service layer,technology layer,user layer,and application layer.The future development of the plat-form should place more emphasis on the introduction of artificial intelligence-generated content technology,the innova-tion of service models,and the cultivation of intellectual property talent and the popularization of patent knowledge.
