摘要
"双一流"建设背景下,高校图书馆和专业图书馆产生了融合的趋势,出现了高校专业图书馆的概念.高校专业图书馆的概念应从作为独立类型的专业图书馆、作为高校图书馆分支的专业分馆和立足于高校图书馆整体的专业图书馆3个角度理解.相对于传统专业分馆作为图书馆分支的局限,高校专业图书馆立足于图书馆整体,是图书馆学科服务的直接升华、发展策略的创新举措、核心能力建设的有效途径.通过资源聚焦、服务聚焦、发展聚焦,高校专业图书馆逐渐培育服务的专业核心能力.
Abstract
Under the background of the"Double First-Class"construction,there is a trend of integration between"uni-versity libraries"and"professional libraries".The concept of university professional library should be understood from three perspectives:as an independent type of professional library,as a branch of university library,and as a professional library based on the overall university library.Compared to the limitations of traditional"specialized branch libraries",uni-versity professional library is based on the overall library and is a directly upgrade of subject services,an innovative mea-sures of development strategies,an effective way to build core capabilities.By focusing on resources,services,and devel-opment,university professional library is gradually cultivating the"professional core competence"of service.
