企业主体下青年科技人才多层次双导师制培养模式探究

通过对地勘行业青年科技人才培养现状的研究,找出青年科技人才导师制培养模式目前存在的制约青年科技人才培养的因素,包括导师遴选过分强调职务职称等"硬条件"、指导工作受时空限制、导师和培养对象参与积极性不高、激励及考核机制不健全等.结合地勘行业青年科技人才培养实际,提出了科教融合下以企业为主体的双层次、双导师制的青年科技人才培养模式、评价体系、激励机制及制度保障,为校企合作科教融合开展青年科技人才培养提供借鉴,为企业人才培养实践提出有效路径.
Cultivation Model of the Multi Level Dual-tutor System for Young Scientific and Technological Talents under the Enterprise Entity
By studying the status quo of the training of young scientific and technological talents in the geological ex-ploration industry,this paper finds out the existing factors that restrict the training of young science and technology tal-ents,including overly emphasizing job and professional titles in tutor selection,being limited by time and space in guiding work,low enthusiasm of tutors and training objects to participate,and imperfect incentive and assessment mechanisms.Combined with the actual training of young scientific and technological talents in the geological exploration industry of the unit,it proposes a two-level and dual-tutor system for the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents with en-terprise entity under the integration of science and education,as well as an evaluation system,incentive mechanism and institutional guarantee.It provides a reference for the training of young science and technology talents through the integra-tion of science and education and puts forward an effective path for the enterprise talent training practice.
