警察属于社会中刺激复杂多元化的职业。他们不仅面临着保护日常治安和维持社会安定的任务，还经常遇到突发特殊情况，进一步增加了警务执勤的负荷量、工作性质的危险系数以及职业时间的弹性。这导致警察的工作环境往往充斥着极度疲劳和高度紧张的压力，警务人员普遍出现了由工作压力导致的身体亚健康状态以及心理焦虑。为了提升警队力量，保障工作效率，必须重视对警察心理压力的疏导和调适。
Abstract
The police belongs to a complex occupation in the so-ciety, for they are faced with daily social security work, and some emergencies may occur, which will increase their workload and risk. This leads to police psychological pressure. In order to im-prove police power, ensure working efficiency, the counseling and adjustment of police psychological pressure should be stressed.
