摘要
教师职业倦怠是教师因为难以承受压力而对从教工作丧失动力和兴趣，却不得已必须维持教学而出现的厌烦状态，本文试从社会、教师职业、教师个人、学校方面探讨其产生的原因及对策。
Abstract
Teachers' occupational burnout is a tired state of teachers who reluctantly keep teaching due to a lack of motivation and interest in teaching caused by intense pressure. The reasons and countermeasures of it are discussed in this article from such aspects as the society, teachers' occupation, teachers themselves, and the school.
