创新教学模式提高大学生专业认同度

专业认同影响着学生对所学专业的学习动力和对未来的职业规划,是衡量高校人才培养质量的重要指标之一。当前我国大学生的专业认同度不高,影响大学生专业认同的原因很多。本文从专业兴趣、专业教师的学识和能力、本专业的就业前景三个方面阐述了影响大学生专业认同的主要原因。并从专业课程建设、提高教师科研水平、创新教学模式、完善人才培养机制等方面论述了提高大学生专业认同感的有效途径,为激发大学生的专业兴趣、增强其专业学习的积极性和主动性进行了有益的探讨。
On the Improvement of College Students' Professional I-dentity through the Innovation of Teaching Models
Professional identity is one of the important indicators, which affects students' motivation to learn the profession and ca-reer planning for the future. Many factors could affect professional identities of college students in the current education system, such as professional interests, knowledge and competence of pro-fessional teachers, employment prospects. In this paper, we ana-lyzed the main reasons of impacting student professional identity and discussed many effective ways in order to improve profes-sional identity of students. These ways included professional courses construction,improving teachers' level of scientific re-search, innovating teaching mode, perfecting personnel training mechanism, and so on. Our objective is to stimulate students' professional interests, enhance their professional learning enthu-siasm and initiative during the study.
