摘要
保就业是党中央根据我国就业形势做出的重要应对战略决策,它反映了当前就业环境的独特性、严峻性、复杂性.深刻认识、理解保就业背景下大学生就业的挑战、机遇,并构建高适应性应对策略,对于有效开展大学就业服务和指导工作具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
Ensuring employment is an important strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee based on the employment situation in China,which reflects the uniqueness,severity,and complexity of the current em-ployment environment.Deeply understanding and understanding the challenges and opportunities of college stu-dents'employment in the context of guaranteed employment,and constructing highly adaptive coping strategies,have important practical significance for effectively carrying out college employment services and guidance.
