实践与创新融合赋能专业硕士人才培养探究——以塔里木大学土木水利专业硕士为例

摘要
专业硕士在我国得到了快速发展,该文在分析塔里木大学土木水利专业硕士人才培养过程中存在问题的基础上,提出实践能力和创新能力融合赋能是专业硕士人才质量的重要基础保障,构建了基于"一核两翼四驱动"土木水利专业硕士研究生实践和创新能力培养模式,实现专业硕士研究生实践能力和创新能力融合发展,提高土木水利专业学位研究生人才培养质量.
Abstract
Professional master's degrees have developed rapidly in our country.Based on an analysis of the prob-lems existing in the cultivation of professional masters majoring in civil engineering and hydraulic conservancy in Tarim University,this paper suggests that the integration of practical ability and innovative ability is an important basic guarantee for the quality of professional masters.It constructs the training mode of practical ability and inno-vative ability for master majoring in civil engineering and hydraulic conservancy based on"one core,two wings and four drives",in order to realize the integrated development of practical ability and innovative ability for pro-fessional masters,and improve the training quality of professional masters majoring in civil engineering and hy-draulic conservancy.
