摘要
高等职业院校的生存和发展在很大程度上取决于教师的能力和素质.该文将胜任力入引入高校人力资源管理领域,与绩效评价指标有机融合,提出基于胜任力的绩效考核实施策略,为创新高职院校教师管理机制提供理论与实践参考.
Abstract
The survival and development of higher vocational colleges largely depend on the abilities and quali-ties of teachers.This paper introduces competency into the field of human resource management in colleges and universities,organically integrates it with performance assessment indicators,and proposes a competency-based strategy for the implementation of performance assessment,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for innovating the teacher management mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
