摘要
就业是人才培养的出口.常州工业职业技术学院"第二课堂成绩单"制度的建立遵循人才培养规律和青年成长规律,通过模块设置、学分管理、考评推荐等方式,促进学生德智体美劳各方面能力和就业竞争力的提升.调研"第二课堂成绩单"的企业关注情况,探索"第二课堂成绩单"对高职院校学生就业工作的推动作用,能为合理优化"第二课堂成绩单"制度、完善高职院校人才培养体系提供科学依据.
Abstract
Employment is the export of talent training.The establishment of the"second classroom transcripts"of the Changzhou Vocational Institute of Industry Technology follows the law of talent training and the law of youth growth,and promotes students'ability improvement in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,labor through module setting,credit management,evaluation recommendation,etc.,so as to enhance students'competitiveness in employment.By investigating the enterprises'concern about the"second classroom transcripts",this paper ex-plores the promoting effect of the"second classroom transcripts"on the employment of students in higher voca-tional colleges,which can provide a scientific basis for optimizing the system of the"second classroom tran-scripts"reasonably,and perfecting the talent training system in higher vocational colleges.
