摘要

随着我国经济结构的调整和世界格局的变化,党的十九届五中全会提出要加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局.不少地方院校纷纷进行教学数字化转型,应用型人才的培养和评估更是适应我国经济转型和人才需求转型的关键举措.该文从应用型人才的数字化评估现状着手,分析当前应用型人才评估的不足和难点,针对金融专业人才提出"实践操作、数据分析、检索写作"三项能力评估维度,然后依托信息技术构建全面、客观、精准的"VPPI"数字化应用型人才评估体系.

Abstract

With the adjustment of our country's economic structure and the changes in the world pattern,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and interna-tional dual cycles reinforcing each other.Many local colleges and universities have carried out digital transforma-tion of teaching,and the cultivation and evaluation of application-oriented talents are key measures to adapt to our country's economic transformation and talent demand transformation.Starting from the current situation of digital evaluation of application-oriented talents,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and difficulties of the cur-rent evaluation of application-oriented talents,and proposes three ability evaluation dimensions of"practical op-eration,data analysis,and retrieval and writing"for financial professionals,and then builds a comprehensive,ob-jective and accurate VPPI digital evaluation system for application-oriented talents relying on information tech-nology.
