高校数字化转型的出场逻辑与实践向度

摘要
全球新兴技术的发展与日趋成熟,推动高等教育向数字化时代迈进,也迫使高校调整发展战略,一方面适应未来高等教育发展,另一方面促进自身教育系统的内生发展.高校数字化转型是以不断更新的数字技术和数据要素作为驱动力,进行高校发展与实体形态的结构性转变,为高校内部群体及整个高校的发展创造价值,实现人的全面发展.高校要想顺利实现数字化转型,需要对学校的顶层设计进行重构,可持续投入数字基础设施与资源建设,促进人和技术的融合,重视数据安全治理.
Abstract
The development and gradual maturity of global emerging technologies have pushed higher education forward to the digital era.Driven by the modern information technological revolution and the COVID-19 exter-nally,universities are forced to adjust their development strategies to adapt to the future development of higher education on the one hand,and promote the internal development of their own education system on the other hand.The digital transformation of a university is driven by the constantly updated digital technology and data ele-ments to carry out the structural transformation of the development and entity form of the university,create value for the development of the internal group of the university as well as the whole university,realize the all-round de-velopment of people,and meet the digital era.In order to successfully realize digital transformation,universities need to reconstruct the top-level design,sustainably invest in the construction of digital infrastructure and re-sources,promote the integration of people and technology,attach importance to data security governance,and fi-nally realize the digital transformation with both shape and spirit,to meet the new future of higher education in the information era.
